Course Map

Roughly 35km (this varies from route to route).

An average of 7 to 8 hours.

Checkpoints are located along the route (between 3.5km-7km apart). Medical support staff will be stationed at each checkpoint plus water refills, sunscreen, toilets and fruit (intermittent checkpoints)....plus our friendly volunteers to cheer you on!

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and having a sustainable approach to the operation of our events by:

• Encouraging the use of refillable drink bottles
• Using recyclable cups for water at checkpoints when no drink bottle is available
• Using bicycles to put up and take down signage along the course
• Encouraging registrants not to print their eTickets but to bring them on their phones
• Providing electronic course maps rather than printable versions
• Donating any leftover cut fruit to the wildlife rescue organisation WIRES

We will continue to focus on being an environmentally sustainable event.
